At regular service prices, air duct maintenance with inspection is $119 and dryer vent maintenance with inspection is $89: $208 for both. Two combined visits total $416. The annual plan is $299, a difference of $117.
Service is available in Tampa Bay and Orlando, subject to confirmation for your address. Additional systems, access requirements, and separately quoted work can change your overall service cost.

$299 is the annual price for two combined maintenance and inspection visits. That works out to $149.50 per combined visit.
Does the plan include full air duct deep cleaning?
No. The plan covers maintenance cleaning and accessible inspections. Extensive duct cleaning, coil or blower deep cleaning, sanitation, coating, and repairs are separate services.
Does every home need duct cleaning twice a year?
No. This plan provides two scheduled maintenance and inspection visits. The condition of your system determines what cleaning is appropriate; extensive duct cleaning is recommended only when needed.
What if I have two HVAC systems?

Will the plan fix a dryer that is not drying properly?
